Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov looked set to join Premier League side Aston Villa but could not agree personal terms.
The former Tottenham striker joins the Greek side on a free transfer, following his release from AS Monaco.
Berbatov, 34, was at Aston Villa's Bodymoor Heath training
ground yesterday, but the striker failed to agree a deal with Tim
Sherwood's side.
Berbatov's wage demands are believed to have been deemed excessive by Villa chiefs.
Berbatov scored 13 goals for Monaco, after ending a eight-year spell in the Premier League.
